International customers who want to pay by Paypal, please check at

Shipping Information
United States Shipping
We ship out orders Monday thru Friday. U.S Post Office Priority and UPS Ground Orders generally take 1 to 3 days to process. Please note that shipping time does not include processing time! For example, if you choose U.S. Post Office Priority Mail, It will take 2-3 days to deliver and we need 1 to 3 days to process the order. We do however try our best to ship out your order by the next day. All UPS shipments require signatures.
You can choose to ship by these following methods:
- U.S. Post Office Priority Mail - $5.25 - Orders generally take 1 to 3 business days to process. Generally takes 2-5 business days to deliver. Has no tracking number and no insurance.
- U.S Post Office Express Mail - $19.95 - 1 to 2 days delivery (even on Sunday) to MOST locations. Has a tracking number and insurance for up to $500.
- UPS Ground - $6.30 - Orders generally take 1 to 3 business days to process. May take between 1 to 6 business days to deliver depending on your location (weekends are not counted). Has a tracking number. A signature is required when delivered.
- UPS 2 Days - $10.25 - Guaranteed 2 business days delivery. Has a tracking number. A signature is required when delivered.
- UPS 3 Day Select - $7.10 - Guaranteed 3 business days delivery. Has a tracking number. A signature is required when delivered.
- UPS Next Day - $19.95 - Guaranteed next business day delivery. Has a tracking number. A signature is required when delivered.
Please note - UPS does not deliver to P.O Boxes, so please provide us with a street address if you choose UPS. Also, Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico have a $10 shipping surcharge for UPS 2nd Day, no other UPS shipping method is available to these places.
International Shipping - $19.95
International orders are shipped via Express Mail through the United States Postal Service. It takes generally one week and the cost includes insurance and a tracking number.
Sales Tax
We charge a 6.5% sales tax for orders in Florida.
Returns
You may return most items sold by Bizee Butterfly Jewelry within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. All returns must be pre-authorized by calling 1-(850)-559-0998. Please be sure to carefully package all returned items so they arrive in the same condition they were sent.
We cannot accept returns of certain items, including:
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Any item that is not in its original condition.
To return items please include the following information with the items:
1. A copy of the invoice with the amount of returns for each item
2. Authorization number
